Orders shipped for destinations inside Srinagar will reach to their destinations on the same day. Orders shipped for destinations outside Srinagar will be having one of the following modes:

Currently, we deliver to destinations inside Kashmir valley via our own logistics team. For the destinations outside Kashmir valley we deliver orders via our Logistics Partners. .
Undeliverable Packages?

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the shipping charges.
